Aventura Gardens Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Aventura Gardens LLC.! We want you to be thrilled with your new plants. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Policy:

All sales are generally final. Because live plants are sensitive to environmental conditions, returns are only accepted under the specific circumstances outlined below.

Conditions for Returns/Replacements:

  • Notification: All issues must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. If contacting us after hours, please leave a message with a time to reach you and your phone number, and we will contact you the next business day.
  • Documentation: Pictures of the plant in question are required when reporting an issue.
  • Damaged or Defective Plants: We will gladly replace any plant demonstrably damaged during shipping or that arrives in poor condition due to our error.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • No Refunds: As live plants require specific care, we do not issue refunds.
  • Replacements/Exchanges: If a plant issue cannot be resolved with a replacement, an in-store credit or exchange for a plant of equal value may be offered at our discretion.

Exclusions:

Improper Care: It is the recipient’s responsibility to provide proper care for the plant, including appropriate light, watering, and temperature. We provide care instructions with each purchase and are happy to answer any questions you may have. Failure to provide proper care is not grounds for a return.

Aesthetic Preferences: Returns/replacements are accepted on a “quality” basis only. Issues of “not liking” the plant’s aesthetic (within reasonable variations for natural products) or changes in your care routine are not grounds for a return.
